Rear Minor Flap Does Not
Fold and Back of Box Caves

Check if back panel of box is supported by the case contents. If it is not
supported, then the minor flap may not fold on its score line. To remedy,
improve the case fill or reduce case dimensions. Pre-folding of the rear
minor flap can also help if it is practical to pre-fold before the case enters
the machine.
Top Major Flaps Bind On
Center Ski
•
Check that excessive side pressure has not been put on box causing flaps
to bind on vertical side of ski.

Check that top ski or glue head are not misaligned and are centered
between the belts and the

Top Major Flaps Have a Gap in

Check the case is correctly sized for contents.
•
Check that the side rollers are in a position to squeeze the top flaps
together in the compression section of the machine.
