⑥ After long time working, normal wear and tear appear on the water pump in cooling
system, replace it if need.

Gas supply system
Check every pipeline in gas supply system as below steps:
① Remove the assembly parts on gas inlets of gas console, and block off the gas inlets with
plug;
② Increase the gas pressure of gas pipelines to 0.8MPa;
③ Shut off the gas supply valve, check the gas pressure to see if decrease, if decrease, need
to find out the gas leakage point;
④ Check every pipeline as above method in ③;
⑤ Make a gas leakage testing as gas leakage testing procedure;
⑥ Check all hoses, make sure there is no twist,damage and serious wearings.
Note: if use the flammable gas, the gas system maintenance must do everyday .

HF box
① Open the HF box cover, use compressed air to flow away the dust,if any water, clean it
with cloth, and find out the water source;
② Check the HF ignition head to see if any corrosion.
Note: Over corrosion may reduce the arc striking success rate.

System ground
① Make sure all parts of the system connected with ground safely, refer to ground part of
this manual.
② Make sure the work-piece ground connect well, especially the work-piece cable and CNC
table connect well, it must be clean and connect well.
