Connect the machine according to “Figure 7-2 multi plasma power working wiring
diagram”, the hardware of plasma power source supports one CNC maximally can
control 4 sets of plasma cutting power source (machine) at the same time. When multi
plasma power sources need to be equipped, open machine cover and set the N27/N25
on control board of PL01. (See Figure 5-1) The default setting is one CNC control one
cutting machine.

In Figure 5-1, the default setting of N27 toggle switch means this plasma power source
(machine) use “MOVE 1” as running signal output, all other move signal has no any of
functions on this machine.The default setting of N52 toggle switch means the ID number of
this plasma power source (machine) is 1.
Connect the machine according to “Figure 7-2 multi plasma power working wiring diagram”,
when one CNC control multi plasma power source (machine), need to open the machine
cover and as below steps:
