Press HF,no pilot arc current signal
tested, means the pilot arc current
lower than 16A.
1,Check the torch consumables
and make sure nor burned;
2,Check gas preflow and gas
cutflow pressure, set right
parameters by cutting chart;
3,Check and test gas leakage;
4,Check the striking head of HF
box, make sure it’s not over
corrosion;
5,Check the HF box power lead
between socket X3 and X13,make
sure it’s not damaged or bad
connections;
6,Check the pilot arc cable
between HF box and plasma
power, make sure it’s not
damaged or bad connections;
7,Check the pilot arc cable which
connect HF box and plasma torch,
make sure it’s not damaged or
bad connections;
8,Check the pilot arc cable in
plasma cable, make sure it’s not
damaged or bad connections;
9,Check if the IGBT of arc pilot is
working normal;
10,After connecting start signal,
check if there is open circuit
voltage output.
021 No transferred arc
After making pilot arc current over
500ms,there is still no current on
work-piece lead. (Means the
current lower than 10A)
1.Check if the initial position
height is suitable;
2.Check preflow gas and cutflow
gas pressure value in correct
setting;
3.Check the work-piece cable
whether damaged or not good
connection;
