4. Push the meat through the meat filling attachment (23) only by using
the pusher (21).
Using the Cookie Shaper
1.
Insert the cookie shaper (32)
on the worm shaft (23).
2.
Form the prepared cool dough
to a roll and insert the roll into
the meat filling attachment.
3.
Turn the rotary switch to the

4.
Push the dough only with the pusher into the meat filling attachment!
Cut the shaped cookies into the desired length.
Using the Pasta Discs
1.
Mount one of the four provided
Pasta discs (26) onto the worm
shaft (35).
2.
Prepare the Pasta dough. See
the recipes on page 45.
3.
Insert the dough into the meat
filling attachment. Turn the
rotary switch to the position

– 3. Only use the pusher to press the dough into the filling tube! Cut
the Pasta into the desired length.
Hints:
Make sure the dough is not too dry. The mixture should look like
coarse breadcrumbs or a coarse crumble texture. The particles should
be separate but if a small amount is squeezed together it should form
a clump which remains bonded together. If the noodle dough is too dry
and pressed too fast through the Pasta discs, the discs may become
damaged.
Insert only a small amount of the dough into the filling tube and wait
until the worm shaft is free before adding further dough. Make sure
never to overfill the filling tube. Push the dough with the pusher only
into the filling tube. Do not push too much.
