Operating
If the Pasta has reached the right length, put it with a suitable knife.
To prepare the Pasta easily, put all the needed parts (filling tube,
Pasta disc, lock ring) in hot water for warming up. Afterwards dry all
parts thoroughly.
The Pasta disc will become hot during use
– this is normal and due to
the fact that the dough is compressed while pressing thorough the
disc.
Using the Vegetable Chopper
1.
Mount the vegetable chopper
(19) onto the motor unit.
2.
Either insert the shredder
(17) or the slicer drum (16)
into the opening and make
sure is fits properly.
3.
Lock the vegetable chopper with the lock ring (35).
Operating
1.
Place a large bowl below the opening to collect the sliced resp. the
chopped food.
2.
Cut the food in small pieces so they can be easily inserted into the
filling tube.
3.
Only push down the food with the suitable pusher (20) through the
filling tube! Do not apply to much pressure while pushing down.
4.
Before removing the drum from the machine, allow the machine to
make 4
– 5 turns without food, so remaining food can fall into the col-
lecting bowl. Switch off the machine and pull the power plug.
5.
Use a spiky object (e. g. fork) to remove the drum from the side of the
vegetable chopper.
Accessories
Use the drum with the two blades is for making thin slices.
Use the shredder for grating food.
