Recipe for Kebbe
Kebbe
Preparation:
Mince all ingredients for the coating mass with the fine grinding disc. Also
mince the filling with one grinding disc according to taste. Season the
filling mass.
Prepare tubes of the coating mass with the stand mixer. Fill the tubes with
the filling mass. Close both ends of the tubes. Fry the ready kebbe from
both sides for approx. 6 minutes in hot oil until golden brown.
Ingredients for the Coating Mass:
500 g lamb, 500 g bulgur (wheat variety), 1 onion
Ingredients for the Filling:
400 g meat, 1 tbsp oil, one large onion, salt, pepper
