1. Install plenum flashing to the plenum floor, one by one, all the way around the bin.

2. Bolt the plenum flashing to the lower plenum sheets. (See ❶ in

Figure 39

a. Use 5/16” x 1” bin bolts (004959) and 5/16” flanged nuts (90005043).

3. Tuck each individual plenum flashing behind the previous plenum flashing just installed.

4. Overlap the flashing the same direction around the entire bin.

Note

The two top flashing bolt holes will overlap each other at each plenum flashing seam. (See (a) in

Figure

Important

Ensure there are no gaps between the plenum flashing and the plenum sheets.
