6.2 Troubleshooting
6.2.1 Controller and Heating Problems

This is normal operation. This will

6.2.2 Error Messages and Display Problems

Frypot temperature has dropped more
than 30°F (17°C) lower than setpoint in
idle mode or 45°F (25°C) in cook mode.
This display is normal for a short while
if a large batch of frozen product is
added to the frypot or if the fryer is not
heating properly. If the issue persists
call your FAS for assistance.
