3.3.5 2424 ELS control panel

The 2424 Evaporative Light Scattering detector’s control panel displays light
scattering units, photomultiplier tube gain factor, gas pressure, nebulizer
temperature, and drift tube temperature.

Lamp LED – Mirrors the lamp status LED on the front panel of the detector,
unless communications with the detector are lost.

Current column heater temperature – Displays the current column heater
temperature.

Column heater set point – Displays the column heater set point.

Lamp icon – When clicked, ignites or extinguishes the lamp. If the icon is green,
the lamp is ignited. If the icon is red, the lamp is extinguished.

Current nebulizer temperature – Displays the current nebulizer temperature.
