Grating initialization
failure: No home sensor
Search for the home
sensor failed.
1. Power-off and
power-on again.
2. If the problem
persists, call Waters
Technical Service.
Hardware failure: lamp
relay cannot open!
The lamp failed to
extinguish when the
door or thermal switch
were opened.
Close the lamp door,
and contact Waters
Technical Service.
Lamp data not found Stored lamp data are
not valid.
Power-off and power-on
again.
Lamp is disabled The lamp door or
thermal switch is open.
1. Close the lamp door.
2. Remove any cooling
vent obstructions.
3. If the problem
persists, call Waters

PMT not calibrated No valid gain settings
are saved in the
battery-backed memory
of the CPU.
