Uso previsto
Questi dosatori sono specifica-
tamente previsti per le polveri.
Usi non consentiti
I dosatori devono essere utiliz-
zati solamente per gli scopi
espressamente previsti dal co-
struttore. In particolare:
- non utilizzare i dosatori se non
sono stati correttamente instal-
lati e non azionare le macchine
se il gruppo di motorizzazione
non è meccanicamente fissato
al resto del dosatore
- non utilizzare i dosatori con viti
di dosaggio non integre e non
perfettamente pulite. In questo
caso non si garantisce piena
capacità di dosaggio e unifor-
mità di portate
- non sfruttare le macchine
come punto di appoggio anche
se non funzionanti. Oltre a ro-
vinose cadute, si rischia il dan-
neggiamento delle stesse
- non intervenire sul motore elet-
trico o su qualsiasi altro com-
ponente elettrico senza avere
in precedenza scollegato le
macchine dalla linea di alimen-
tazione elettrica per evitare il
rischio di folgorazione
- non lavare le macchine con un
getto d’acqua in pressione. Il
motore elettrico non è protetto
dalla polvere e dall’acqua
- non dosare prodotti di dubbia
composizione, aggressivi chi-
micamente, infiammabili o co-
munque pericolosi per la mac-
china o per l’operatore stesso
- non utilizzare le macchine al-
l’aperto, ove possa essere
esposta alle intemperie e a for-
ti sbalzi di temperatura
- non installare nei pressi delle
macchine sistemi elettronici
come computer o altro che pos-
sano creare disturbi ai segnali
della cella di carico. Inoltre leg-
gere attentamente le prescri-
zioni di sicurezza riportate al
capitolo dell’uso e al capitolo
della manutenzione.
USE
Permitted use
These batch feeders are spe-
cifically meant for handling pow-
ders.
Uses not permitted
The screw feeders must be
used exclusively for the purpose
for which they are manufac-
tured.
- Do not use the batch feeders
unless they are correctly in-
stalled and do not activate the
machines if the drive unit is not
fixed perfectly to the rest of
the machinery.
- Do not use the batch feeder
with metering screws that are
not in perfect condition or
clean, as this will not guaran-
tee complete metering capaci-
ty and uniform throughput.
- Do not use the machine as a
support even if it is not work-
ing. Apart from falling, there is
risk of damage to the machine.
- Do not operate on the electric
motor or other electrical com-
ponents unless the machinery
has been completely discon-
nected form the electric pow-
er supply, as there is risk of
electrocution.
- Do not wash the machine with
pressurised water jets. The
electric motor is not protected
from dust and water.
- Do not use the machine for
metering products having un-
certain composition, those that
are chemically aggressive, in-
flammable or, in any case, haz-
ardous for the machine or the
operator.
- Do not use the machine in the
open as it may be exposed to
uncertain weather and strong
temperature variations.
- Do not install near the machine
electronic systems like comput-
ers or other equipment, which
can create disturbance for the
load cell signals. Carefully read
the safety prescriptions given
in the use and maintenance
chapter.
UTILISATION
Utilisation prévue
Ces doseurs sont prévus spéci-
fiquement pour les produits en
poudre.
Utilisations non autorisées
Les doseurs doivent être utili-
sés seulement pour les buts pré-
vus expressément par le cons-
tructeur. En particulier:
- ne pas utiliser les doseurs s’ils
n’ont pas été installés correc-
tement et ne pas actionner les
machines si le groupe de la
motorisation n’est pas fixé mé-
caniquement au reste du do-
seur
- ne pas utiliser les doseurs avec
des vis de dosage qui ne sont
pas intactes et parfaitement
propres. Dans ce cas la pleine
capacité de dosage et l’unifor-
mité des débits ne sont pas ga-
rantis
- ne pas exploiter les machines
comme point d’appui même si
elles ne sont pas en état de
marche. Outre les chutes dé-
sastreuses, on risque de les
endommager
- ne pas intervenir sur le moteur
électrique ou sur tout autre
composant électrique sans
avoir d’abord débranché la
machine de la ligne d’alimenta-
tion électrique pour éviter le ris-
que d’électrocution
- ne pas laver la machine avec
un jet d’eau sous pression. Le
moteur électrique n’est étanche
à la poussière et à l’eau
- ne pas doser des produits à
composition douteuse, chimi-
quement agressifs, inflamma-
bles ou dangereux pour la ma-
chine ou pour l’opérateur lui-
même
- ne pas utiliser la machine en
plein air, où elle peut être ex-
posée aux intempéries et aux
écarts importants de tempéra-
ture
- ne pas placer des systèmes
électroniques à proximité des
machines comme les ordina-
teurs ou autre, qui peuvent
créer des perturbations aux si-
gnaux du capteur dynamomé-
trique. En outre lire attentive-
ment les prescriptions de sé-
curité fournies dans le chapi-
tre de l’utilisation et dans le
chapitre de l’entretien.
GEBRAUCH
Bestimmungsgemäßer Ge-
brauch
Diese Schneckendosierer sind
speziell für pulverförmige Pro-
dukte bestimmt.
Bestimmungswidriger Ge-
brauch
Die Dosierer dürfen nur für die
Zwecke verwendet werden, für
die sie vom Hersteller vorgese-
hen sind. Insbesondere gilt fol-
gendes:
- Die Dosierer nicht benutzen,
wenn sie nicht korrekt instal-
liert worden sind, und die Ma-
schinen nicht betätigen, wenn
die Antriebsgruppe nicht me-
chanisch am Rest des Dosie-
rers befestigt worden ist.
- Die Dosierer nicht mit beschä-
digten oder nicht ganz saube-
ren Dosierschnecken benut-
zen. In diesem Fall werden die
volle Dosierfähigkeit und die
Gleichmäßigkeit der Förder-
mengen nicht gewährleistet.
- Die Maschinen nicht als Ab-
stützstelle benutzen, auch
wenn sie nicht laufen. Dies
kann nicht nur zum Abstürzen,
sondern auch zu Schäden an
der Maschine führen.
- Nicht am Elektromotor oder an
anderen elektrische Kompo-
nenten arbeiten, wenn man
nicht zuvor die Stromversor-
gung der Maschine unterbro-
chen hat. Sonst besteht die
Gefahr elektrischer Schläge.
- Die Maschine nicht mit unter
Druck stehendem Wasser ab-
spritzen. Der Elektromotor ist
nicht gegen Staub und Was-
ser geschützt.
- Keine Produkte dosieren, de-
ren Zusammensetzung zwei-
felhaft ist, die chemisch ag-
gressiv, brennbar oder auf je-
den Fall gefährlich für die Ma-
schine oder den Bediener sind.
- Die Maschinen nicht im Freien
benutzen, wo sie der Witte-
rung und Wechseltemperatu-
ren ausgesetzt wären.
- In der Nähe der Maschine kei-
ne elektronischen Vorrichtun-
gen wie Rechner oder ähnli-
che Geräte installieren, den die-
se könnten Störsignale für die
Ladezellen erzeugen. Außer-
dem sorgfältig die Sicherheits-
vorschriften durchlesen, die im
Kapitel Gebrauch und im Kapi-
tel Wartung stehen.
