15. Saving/loading battery data
The charger has 10 memory slots that you can use to save frequently used settings. For example, you can save the
charging specifications for different LiPo model aeroplane batteries (number of cells, charging settings, charging cur
-
rent) so that you do not need to reset them each time.
a) Saving battery data
•
From the main menu, use the "INC." or "DEC." buttons to select "BATT
MEMORY".
• Press the "ENTER/START" button to confirm your selection. The memory
slot will flash on the display.

Use the "INC." and "DEC." buttons to select one of the 10 memory slots.
If the memory slot already contains battery data, the display will
show the battery type and number of cells as well the charging and
discharge current.
If the memory slot is empty, "ENTER SET ->" will be displayed.
• Press the "ENTER/START" button to confirm your selection. The battery
type will be displayed (see right-hand picture).

Use the "INC." or "DEC." buttons to select the desired setting (e.g. battery
type, number of cells, charging current). A description of the various settings
is provided on the following pages.
To exit settings mode (the previous settings will not be saved), keep pressing the "BATT./STOP" button until
the main menu is displayed.
• To change a setting, press the "ENTER/START" button. The corresponding setting will flash on the display.

Press the "INC." and "DEC." buttons to change the setting. Hold down the button to move through the values more
quickly.
• Press the "ENTER/START" button to confirm the setting. The configured setting will stop flashing. To configure
another setting, repeat the steps above.

To save the settings to the selected memory slot, use the "INC." or "DEC."
buttons to select "SAVE PROGRAM", and then press the "ENTER/START"
button.
If you do not select "SAVE PROGRAM", the settings will not be saved!
• The display will revert to the screen with the flashing memory slot. You can now program another memory slot.
To exit programming mode, press the "BATT./STOP" button. The charger will revert to the main menu.
