• Make sure the work piece cannot fall or tumble after
you have used the gate valve.
• Work pieces must have flat and even surfaces.
3.6 General Hazard Warnings and Problem Solutions
WARNING
Risk of accident
• Make sure that the seal is set correctly in the groove
before each use of the vacuum clamp.
• Always place the vacuum clamp in a way that the seal
cannot be damaged or taken out of the groove.
• Change the seal in time. The vacuum can be affected
by dust, shavings, etc.
• Exchange the seal when it starts getting porous.
• Only even and flat plates can be clamped.
• Please check holding force (vacuum) first when
clamping vertically.
• For work pieces larger than approximately 1.2 m an
additional extension module with a connector hose
can be used.

4. ACCESSORIES
Only use original VIRUTEX accessories and spare parts
anticipated for this device, as these system components
are optimal in connection with each other. If you use
accessories and spare parts from other manufacturers, a
lower quality and a reduction of claims under warranty
is very likely. Depending on the usage, the wear of the
device can increase, or a situation may occur that is
harmful to the operator. So take care of yourself, your
device and your claims under warranty by using only
original VIRUTEX accessories and spare parts.
5. WARRANTY
All VIRUTEX power tools are guaranteed for 12 months
from the date of purchase, excluding any damage which
is a result of incorrect use or of natural wear and tear
on the machine. All repairs should be carried out by the
official VIRUTEX technical assistance service.
