Troubleshooting
Clearing Media from the Rear Module
Do this only if the
Clearing a Media Jam
procedure does not clear the error.
1. Press the Power button on the control panel to turn off the printer.
2. Turn off the Power switch at the rear of the printer.
3. Disconnect all the cables.
4. Remove the rear module and clear any jammed media.
5. Check that the rollers (between the plates) can move freely.

Disconnect cable from printer board.
Press latches down to release lifters.

Gently remove any jammed media
between the plates.
Release rear module.
