Using the Printer
Adjust Alignment for Printing
After designing a label, always print 3 to 5 labels in the desired quality mode to
check the alignment of the image on the label. If the image is not centered, adjust
the TOF and Right Edge (

).

Make the following adjustments from the printer control panel. Once aligned, you
can continue printing the same labels without further adjustment.
Right Edge Adjustment
1. On the printer control panel, select
Menu
Printer Setup
Right Edge Adjust
.
2. The current TOF value (in mm) is displayed. Press
(enter) to begin.
3. Estimate how much the image needs to be moved. A positive number moves the
image left; a negative number moves the image right (

).
4. Enter the number and press
(enter).
5. Reprint a few labels to check the alignment.
