Using the Printer

41

When this happens, adjust the media thickness setting.

1. On the printer control panel, select 

Menu

 

 

Printer Setup

 

 

Select Media 

Thickness

.

2. Select the media type. 

Ensure that your selection matches the media loaded in the printer. The printer 
is not able to detect the media type; if you select Matt when the media is actually 
Semi Gloss, the printer will apply values for Matt media.

3. Set the thickness using the arrow keys. A positive value will move the swaths 

further apart; a negative value will move them closer together. Press 

 (enter).

4. Reprint a few labels to check the alignment.
