5.2.1 The system message menu

The system message menu is behind the welcome message menu.

Press the

announcements

function key.

Press

WELCOME

to enter the welcome message menu.

Press

SYSTEM

to enter the system message menu.

The timetable can be programmed to answer with a system message. See §
5.9.

5.2.2 Example of a simple voice response system

Record a welcome message as described in § 4.3. For the example we record
the following message:

"This is the answering machine of Vidicode
To continue in English press two
To continue in Spanish press three"

After saving the recording do not exit the announcements menu.
