4.8.1 Save a number in the telephone book
Type in the number you want to save just as if you are starting a call, e.g.
1234. See § 4.1.

Press STORE to save the number.
The display will show:
Name: ▓
STORE CLEAR STOP
Enter the name of the contact
• Enter the name of the contact, e.g. John.
•
Press STORE to store the name.
The display will show:
John 1234
STORE CHANGE STOP
Save a number in the phone book

Press STORE to store the contact in the telephone book.
4.8.2 dial from the telephone book

Press the telephone book function key.
The display will show:
Telephone book
(Press A-Z) STOP
The telephone book
Now press the first character of the name you are looking for and the PTAM
will open the telephone book with the nearest entry.
Use the
and keys to scroll up and down the telephone book. If you
have found the contact you are looking for press the Telephone function key
to dial the number, or press CHANGE to change the name or number of the
selected contact.
