4000 Series Vandal Resistant Digital GSM Audio Intercom with Proximity
Troubleshooting
Unable to open the gate/door
from the telephone during a call
(DTMF tones not being recognised)

If the DTMF tones are not working reliably then try the following adjustments:
1. Send the following SMS command
1111AT1”AT#DTMFCFG=8,2500,1500”?
to the
digital GSM and wait for a reply.
2. After receiving the reply send the SMS command
1111RBT
then wait for the digital
GSM to reboot.
3. After the GSM intercom has rebooted test the door opening feature from the
telephone during a call.
If the first solution still does not resolve the issue then try the following:
1. Send the following SMS command
1111AT1”AT#DTMFCFG=7,2300,1300”?
to the
digital GSM and wait for a reply.
2. After receiving the reply send the SMS command
1111RBT
then wait for the digital
GSM to reboot.
3. After the GSM intercom has rebooted test the door opening feature from the
telephone during a call.
