This option allows you to make low level format to your Hard Disk Drive.
When you are installing the new HDD into the PC system or when you want to install
the operation system, you may feel like to make a low level format to the HDD so that
all the information stored in the HDD can be cleared.
Sometimes when your HDD is infected by virus and you can not remove the virus from
your HDD, you may choose this option to low level format your HDD and all the virus
will be cleared from the HDD.
