DESCRIPTION

OPERATING HOURS

SEWING DRIVE

Check condition of thetiming belts

and

Tilt the machine in order to check the condition of the

timing belts. The timing belts can be reached easily in

this position.

PNEUMATIC SYSTEM

Check water in pressure regulator.

The water level shouldn‘t rise to the level of the filter

cartridge

After unscrewing the drain screw

, the water will

flow under pressure out of the water seperator

Clean filter cartridge.

Dirt and condensation are seperated by the filter

cartridge

01. Disconnect the machine from the compressed air

supply.

02. Loosen the drain screw

There shouldn‘d be any pressure in the machine
pneumatic system.

03. Unscrew the water seperator

04. Unscrew the filter cartridge

Wash the filter shell and cartridge with cleaning
fluid (no solvent) and blast clean.

05. Reassemble the maintenance unit.
