This function shuts down the Vess R2000 subsystem on a serial connection. Additional action is required, as

described below.

Important

If you have a JBOD Expansion, always power off the RAID subsystem first. Then

power off the JBOD subsystems.

To shutdown the RAID subsystem:

1. From the Main Menu, highlight
