Sensor Connected To
TLS-450PLUS But No
Sensor Address Under
Devices Menu
Sensor wires were connected while
the console was ON.
Re-boot console.
Sensor wiring installed incorrectly.
1. Open the Display door.
2. Polarity may be required for this device.
Locate the questionable sensor’s input wiring con-
nections at the USM connector.
If polarity required, verify the two wires are con-
nected with white to + terminal and black to – termi-
nal. (item 1 in diagram below)
If three wire sensor, verify the three wires are con-
nected as shown below (item 2 in diagram below):
3. Verify each of the wires is correctly seated in
each of the plug’s terminal clamps. If the clamps are
not opened all the way when inserting the wires into
the plug, the wires can be inserted behind the
clamps preventing proper contact:
Sensor input in USM or bad sensor.
Verify by connecting sensor to different input on
USM module.
Bad USM module.
Replace USM module.
