A factory reset of the camera with the DIP switches
is recommended instead of OSD reset.

OSD recovery
If you change baud rate in the OSD (Under Special > COMM ADJ) and then exit the OSD, you will lose both IR and serial control
of your camera. Power cycling the camera will restore control and return the baud rate back to the required 38400.
This process
could take up to five minutes.
