Remove and empty glass flask at AK and / or EK

Ventilate the glass flask at the inlet of the vacuum pump
before opening the joint clamp.

Open the joint clamp and
remove the glass flask.

2. Empty the glass flask into
a suitable container, e.g.,
chemical‑resistant canister.

3. Then reattach the glass flask with the joint clamp.
Depending on the application, the collected liquid can
either be reprocessed or must be disposed of properly.
