11.6 BASIC AMPLIFIER SET-UP
The German set of characters is used as standard in the matrix text display. For
changing this configuration (switch S1 on processor PCB), the amplifier has to be
removed from the basic unit. Use switches 1 and 2 to select the language and switch
3 to activate option "temperature" (temperature measurement with Pt 100). Together
with the COM interface card, switch 4 is used to set date and time. Switches 5 and 6
serve internal servicing purposes.
Switch no. 5 is used to unlock the positioner's feedback signal for the Cl
2
amplifier.
Switch no. 6 serves internal servicing (Reset). (See chapter 15, page 50.)
