4. Press key MANUAL/AUTOMAITC - "Man. pH" is displayed.
5. If the pH-amplifier is not fitted with an automatic temperature compensation
(option Pt100), after pressing the F-key the menu "Com. °C" is displayed.
Prior to the calibration of zero point and slope the sample water temperature
must be entered.
6. Press key "F" until "Cal. pH7" for calibration with buffer solution pH is
displayed.
7. Remove pH probe from Depolox 4 cell, immerse it in pH 7 buffer solution
and agitate gently.
8. As soon as the digital display has stabilized, press key "E" to enter calibration
value pH 7 (display: 7.00 pH).
9. Press key "F" until "Cal. pH" is displayed. For slope calibration use either
the pH 4.65 buffer solution recommended by W&T or another type of solution,
e.g. pH 9 buffer solution.
Rinse probe with distilled water between calibrations!
10. Immerse probe in pH 4.65 buffer solution and agitate gently.
11. As soon as the display has stabilized, select the pH value of the buffer
solution (e.g. 4.65) on the display by pressing the direction keys.
12. Press key "E" to enter the slope value.
13. Replace pH probe into DEPOLOX 4 cell block.
