1. Position Ship’s Wheel Panel (A) against side
of Deck. Align bottom holes in Ship’s Wheel
Panel(A) with slots in Deck.
2. From underside of deck insert Bolt(C),
Lock Washer(D) and Flat Washer(E) into slot in
Deck and into threaded insert in Ship’s Wheel
Panel(A). Repeat for other side.
See Figure 1.
NOTE: Use (2) outside inserts only.
3. With arm of Panel Clamp(B) pointing inward and
flat side of arm facing toward Ship’s Wheel
Panel(A), align holes in Panel Clamp(B) with
holes in Ship’s Wheel Panel(A). Insert Bolt(H) into
Panel Clamp(B), through Ship’s Wheel Panel(A)
and secure with Flat Washer(I)and Lock Nut(G).
See Figure 2.
4. Close Panel Clamp(B) around upright and insert (2) Bolts(F)
into Clamp(B) and tighten with Lock Nuts(G).
Repeat for other Clamp. S

5. Tighten Clamp(B)
bolts securely.
Bolts(H) MUST be cut off
if more than (2) threads
extend beyond Nut(G)
when tightened.
STEP 28 - INSTALL SHIP’S WHEEL PANEL
