2. From underside of Deck,
insert Bolt(A), Lock Washer(B)

slot in Deck and lightly tighten.

See Figure 1.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for
the remaining (2) Bolts(A).

4. Tighten Bolts(A) securely.
