Footswitch Connector
Located on the rear panel, is a 4-pin Amphenol 91-PC4F (550-1-006) that mates with an Amphenol 91-
MC4M (520-1-009). Connect Pin 3 to Pin 2 on a user supplied 1-Level Footswitch. This connector is
wired as follows:

Valve Driver Connector
Located on the rear panel, is an AMP 206430-1 (550-1-062), 4-pin receptacle that mates with an AMP
206429-1 (520-1-107) plug that uses an AMP 206358-2 (245-1-084) cable clamp. Connect Pin 2 to Pin
4 on a non-Unitek Peco Air Actuated Head. The connector is wired as follows:

External Inputs Connector
A 9-pin, sub-miniature "D" connector, located on the rear panel, is provided for the following control
signals: Emergency Stop Input, Remote Weld Inhibit Input, and Remote Weld Schedule Selection. The
9-pin connector is a 3M, #928642-01-09-30 (250-1-185). The mating TRW Cinch Connector is
comprised of a DP-9P (250-2-193) male connector with a DE-51218-1 (250-2-194) plastic junction
shell. The pin assignments are:
