Torque
Analog signals (±5V) from UTM
Ⅱ
are displayed as torque value.
Display unit
Nm
Rotation speed
Pulse signals from UTM
Ⅱ
are displayed as rotation speed.
Display unit
rpm
Driving force
Driving force value calculated from torque value and rotation speed is displayed.
Driving force [W]= 2
π
× torque [Nm] × rotation speed [rpm]/60

Efficiency
There are two modes for efficiency, normal and generator.
This is the ratio of the electric power and driving force when a single UTM
Ⅱ
is connected.
This is the driving force ratio of UTM1 and UTM2 when two UTM
Ⅱ
are connected.

Normal
Efficiency = driving power / electric power x 100
= UTM2 driving power / UTM1 driving power × 100
Generator mode
Efficiency = electric power / driving force x 100
= UTM1 driving force / UTM2 driving power × 100
Based on these data, torque/driving force attributes against the rotation speed
can be calculated.
