The next selection window is the menu

MISC. SETTINGS

This menu window contains adjustment possibilities which normally do not need to be
adjusted.

The structure is slightly different, because it has additional sub-menus. For reasons of clarity
all sub-menus are shown here. In reality only four lines are displayed at a time.

The header
