Step2.The emergency call is also able to be forward to

designated dispatcher while there’s no one an-
swering in dispatch center. If the call forward-
ing is successful, the responder’s name will be
displayed in upper-left of the screen.

Step3.The system will go back to “Voice Page His-

tory” after the emergency call is finished.

If the call-forwarding is not successful, the voice

call will be recorded in the server of the Console.
