Step5.Sending a Voice Message
5-1.The dispatcher can simply click to trans-
mit the message to the selected recipients under
function area in message sending page.
5-2.The dispatcher can double check the recipient
before sending, if there is any need for remove
the member from selected responder list, click
to remove it
Note: After a message is sent successfully, the system will
automatically direct you to “Page History” in order to keep
you informed with the acknowledgement status.

Responder Status
The Uni Voice Pager Console’s operator are
allowed to search responder’s in range and
out of range status.
Step1.Login as Dispatcher.
Step2.The user chooses “ Responder Status” in the
function list.
