The
ALKON CARGO 35
boilers are room sealed gas fired
units with an atmospheric fully pre-mixed burner.
These boilers have an output of 35 kW and are designed for
use with the 2
nd
family gas category II2H3P, and can therefore
operate with natural gas or LPG, in compliance to the
requirements indicated by UNICAL.
The boiler can be fitted to concentric or twin flue pipe systems
which both discharge the products of combustion to and draw
the combustion air from the outside of the room.
These systems offer a wide variety of fluing options making it
possible for the installer to fit the unit in all types of applications.
The
ALKON CARGO
boilers are supplied complete with all
the safety and control devices in accordance with all the current
regulations. Their technical and functional features comply with
the regulations prescribed by the law No. 1083 dated 06/12/
1971, concerning safety and use of combustible gas and with
the requirements prescribed in the law No. 10 dated 09/01/
1991 and any subsequent amendments – Gas Directive 90/
396 CEE – Efficiency Directive 92/42 CEE – Electromagnetic
Compatibility Directive 89/336 CEE – Low Voltage Directive
73/23 CEE.
The boilers of the
ALKON
CARGO range have obtained a 4
star category for efficiency, according to the Directive 92/42
CEE and D.P.R. 660; moreover they are classified in class 5
for their N0x emission levels according to the Standard EN
297 and 483.
DESCRIPTION OF COMPONENTS AND FEATURES

Primary silicon aluminium heat exchanger;

150 litre enamelled vertical storage tank with an helicoidal
heat exchanger

Control and management microprocessor;

E8 heating controller for adjusting the heat loads and data
communication to the microprocessor;

Sealed combustion system with total Low N0x pre-mixed
burner incorporating:

- NTC flow and return temperature sensors, DHW priority

Flame modulation device in function of the absorbed power;

Safeguard against lack of water in the CH circuit

Automatic air vent valve

CH temperature adjustment between
30°C – 85°C

DHW temperature adjustment between
35°C - 60°C

DHW 14 l/m flow restrictor

Mixing header: whose purpose is the hydraulic decoupling
of the boiler’s primary heat exchanger from the heating
circuit/s
