6. Machinery utilization and adjustment for work.
6.1. Machinery preparation and adjustment for work
The spreader is sent from the facility completely assembled, adjusted for manure spreading. While
preparing the spreader for work, you need to couple it to the tractor.
For that purpose,
you need to place the drawbar at the tractor’s catch level (a catch for single-axis
trailers) using an adjustable support screwed to the front part of the frame. When the spreader is
coupled and the tractor’s catch is locked, you need to rotate the crank 4, which moves the movable
part of the support upwards or downwards, until you feel resistance. If the obtained clearance is
too small, you can free the flange 3 through removing the pin 5, and place it in an intended transport
position.
While uncoupling the machine when the work is done, the actions related to adjustment of the
support must be repeated in a reversed order.

6.2. Coupling the machinery to a tractor
The spreader can be coupled to a tractor only via the catch for single-axis trailers (Fig. 9). Coupling
via a different catch is dangerous for road traffic safety.
