4.5.2.
USING THE LOCAL OSCILLATORS (LO)
By repeatedly pressing the
LO (4)
button, depending on the settings inserted within the
menu, the satellite frequency will be displayed as follows:
FOR THE “DEFAULT LO” SETTING:

LO 1: the tuned frequency in relation to the 9750 MHz oscillator is displayed.

LO 2: the tuned frequency in relation to the 10600 MHz oscillator is displayed.
FOR THE “USER LO” SETTING:

IF frequency is displayed
•
LO 1: the tuned frequency in relation to the set local oscillator is displayed.
•
LO 2: the tuned frequency in relation to the set local oscillator is displayed.
•
LO 3: the tuned frequency in relation to the set local oscillator is displayed.

LO 4: the tuned frequency in relation to the set local oscillator is displayed.

VERIFICATION OF THE CHANNELING SYSTEM IN USE
Hold down the
CH
button to access the menu on the display and verify the channeling
system is use under the “CHANNEL TABLE” item.
4.6.
FREQUENCY / CHANNEL STORAGE
In order to store a frequency or channel in one of the 100 available program memory slots,
proceed in the following manner:
I.
Insert the number of the program in which you would like to store the frequency (or
channel).
II.
Insert the frequency (or channel).
III.
Press the “
2nd
” button and then the
STORE
button.
IV.
Use the same procedure to store any other desired programs.
WARNING! If the LNB power supply is connected while the storage procedure is
being carried out, it will be applied by directly calling up a program.

NOTE
In order to store a channel, the procedure requires not only the acquisition of the
video/audio carriers, but also other parameters such as “BW” (bandwidth) and “STD”
(TV-standard). Therefore, when a program with SAT frequencies is called up, its audio
and video will also be presented: it is therefore recommended to tune the desired audio
subcarrier before storing a SAT channel.
4.6.1.
PROGRAM (PR) MENU
Hold down the
PR STORE
button to access the menu for inspecting/modifying the stored
programs. When finished, press the
PR STORE
button again to exit the menu.
