Quick menu
The previous sections of chapter 5 explain how to use the different menus. These
menus are advanced menus which require a fair number of operations before the
desired setting can be made. If you wish to change a setting quickly whilst taking
photographs, you can also use the quick menu. This menu contains the most
common options. See diagram 1 below for instructions on how to use the quick
menu.
1.
Set the multiselect button (3, figure 2) to the Photo mode (
).

Press the menu button’s middle button (6, figure 2).

The current resolution will be displayed in the middle of the LCD screen
(default resolution = 1600 x 1200).
4.
You can scroll through the options using the menu button’s left and right arrow
buttons.
5.
If you wish to change one of the options, press one of the menu button’s up or
down arrow buttons (7, figure 2).
6.
If you wish to keep the settings you have made, press the menu button’s
middle button (6, figure 2).
