menu button’s middle button (6, figure 2). Press the left arrow button to return
to the play mode.
6.10
Deleting photographs and video clips
You can choose to delete a single photograph or video clip or to delete all the
photographs and video clips from the memory.
6.10.1
Deleting one photograph
Follow the instructions given below to delete one photograph.
1.
Turn the camera on by sliding the ON/OFF button (2, figure 1) open.
2.
Set the camera to the play mode (
) using the multiselect button 3 (see
figure 2).
3.
Use the menu button’s up arrow and down arrow buttons (7, figure 2) to
scroll through the photographs in the memory and to view them on the LCD
screen.
4.
When you have found the photograph you wish to delete, press the menu
button’s middle button (6, figure 2).
5.
The display will change. Select ‘Delete One’ by pressing the menu button’s
middle button (6, figure 2).
6.
Select ‘OK’ using the up arrow button (7, figure 2) and then press the middle
button (6, figure 2) to confirm the deletion.
7.
The file will be deleted and you will now see the next photograph.
8.
If you also wish to delete this photograph, select ‘OK’ again and press the
menu button’s middle button. If you do not wish to delete the photograph,
select ‘CANCEL’ using the menu button’s arrow buttons.
6.10.2
Deleting all the photographs
Follow the instructions given below to delete all the photographs from the memory.
Note:
Make sure you have saved all the photographs you wish to keep
on your computer before deleting all of the photographs from the
memory
1.
Turn the camera on by sliding the ON/OFF button (2, figure 1) open.
2.
Set the camera to the play mode (
) using the multiselect button 3 (see
figure 2).
3.
Press the menu button’s middle button (6, figure 2).
4.
The display will change. Select ‘Delete All’ by pressing the menu button’s
middle button (6, figure 2).
5.
Select ‘OK’ using the up arrow button (7, figure 2) and then press the middle
button (6, figure 2) to confirm the deletion.
6.
All the photographs will be deleted and you will return to the play mode. The
text ‘No Photo’ will be displayed.
