Installation Errors
During installation, errors can occur if there is damage to the SmartJuke hardware or corruption to its software. This
is rare under normal circumstances.
Corruption in the ID Chip or Hard Drive
Corruption in the ID chip or hard drive can result in the SmartJuke being unable to play songs on the hard drive. In
this case, the SmartJuke must download information from the TouchTunes server to fix the problem. When the
SmartJuke is started, the Communication screen appears showing it is downloading the required file, and then boots
into the Customer interface.
Serious System Error
Under serious conditions such as major system problems with hardware or software, an error screen appears when
SmartJuke initializes saying that you should contact TouchTunes, as no other action can be taken. See
