TIFONE AMBIENTE s.r.l. reserves the right to carry out the repair, or replacement, during the warranty period, of the parts it deems
to be defective, at its factory in Cassana (Ferrara) or at its affiliated workshops, at its sole discretion.
The sole responsibility of the customer are the shipping costs for the replacement parts and supplies.
If it necessary a warranty service at the customer premises, the customer shall pay for the travel and accommodation expenses for
the staff sent by TIFONE AMBIENTE s.r.l..
Taking delivery of machines and/or any defective components or any missions for the verification of defects
and/or vices reported by the customer shall not, in any case, imply any implicit recognition concerning the applicability of the
guarantee.
Repairs and/or replacements made by TIFONE AMBIENTE s.r.l. during the warranty period do not extend the duration of the same.
Recognition of the guarantee does not in itself give rise to any liability claims for compensation against TIFONE AMBIENTE s.r.l..
As regards any damage to persons and property, as well as any other direct or indirect damage (loss of production or earnings
etc.), possibly due to the defects of the Air Sprayer, TIFONE AMBIENTE s.r.l. shall not be liable, except for cases of gross negligence.
Every machine has an identification plate (a) that is located on
the frame of the Air Sprayer.
TIFONE AMBIENTE s.r.l. shall not be liable for any accident to persons or property, that
may occur due to:
- failure to comply with the instructions in this manual regarding operation, use and maintenance of the Air Sprayer.
- violent actions or incorrect manoeuvres in use and maintenance of the Air Sprayer;
- changes made to the Air Sprayer without prior written permission by TIFONE AMBIENTE s.r.l.;
- events unrelated to the normal and correct use of the Air Sprayer.
In any case, if the user ascribes the accident to a defect of the Air Sprayer, he must demonstrate that the damage was a main and
direct consequence of this "defect".

IDENTIFICATION OF THE AIR SPRAYER
ATTENTION: Always exclusively use genuine spare parts for repairs.
TIFONE AMBIENTE s.r.l. accepts no responsibility for any damage that may occur due to failure to comply with
the above.
The Air Sprayer is guaranteed according to the contractual agreements.
The warranty however is void if the rules and instructions for use provided for in this manual are not respected.
