5 – AIR SPRAYER OPERATION
5.1
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE CONTROLS
ATTENTION: Before carrying out the tasks described below it is important to have read the entire contents of
this Manual.
Connect the connector (a) of the control panel to the control
connector (b) located inside the hood (c).
Descriptions of the control panel:
1 Ignition key:
Turning the key clockwise starts the engine.
Turning the key counterclockwise turns off the engine.
2 Engine speed selector switch:
Moving the joy-stick forward increases the engine revs.
Moving the joy-stick backwards reduces the engine speed.
3 Spray gun delivery:
Turning the selector switch to the ON position activates the
gun nozzles. Turning the selector switch to the OFF position
deactivates the nozzles.
4 Horizontal rotation of the gun:
Moving the joy-stick forward rotates the gun horizontally
clockwise. Moving the joy-stick back rotates the cannon
horizontally counterclockwise.
5 Vertical rotation of the cannon:
Moving the joy-stick forward rotates the cannon vertically
clockwise. Moving the joy-stick back rotates the cannon
vertically counterclockwise.
6 Battery indicator light:
If the light is “on”, the alternator is charging the battery
correctly, if the light is “off”, the alternator is not charging the
battery or the battery is low (in this case contact TIFONE
AMBIENTE s.r.l).
7 RAdjusting the pressure:
To adjust the pressure, use the knob (7) on the control unit.
Turning the knob clockwise increases the pressure.
Turning the knob counterclockwise reduces the pressure.
8 Circuit pressure gauge:
The pressure gauge (8) indicates the pressure of the
machine’s spraying circuit.
