Use the following procedure to remove the Photometer DMC and replace 
the board. 

Equipment required: 

Phillips drive, #2 

1.

 

Turn instrument OFF, unplug power cord, and remove the cover 
(

Figure 2–1

). 

2.

 

Unplug DMC cable, top connector (photometer DMC board to 
pressure/flow board). 

3.

 

Unplug DMC cable, bottom connector (photometer DMC board to 
ozonator DMC board). 

4.

 

Disconnect 6X plumbing. 

5.

 

Using a #2 Phillips drive, unfasten 6X captive hardware.
