Remove the ATR crystal from the IR beampath.
Pull the ATR slide
out until it clicks in the first detent and is out of the IR beampath.

Insert one of the polycarbonate slides from the customer tool kit
onto the ATR sample holder.

Change system parameters.

Experiment Setup
window set
the
Collection
parameters as follows:
Collection Mode = ATR

Move the stage to the polycarbonate window.
Using either the
virtual or manual joystick, move the stage to position the polycarbonate
window under the objective.

Focus and locate sample area.
Using either the virtual or manual
joystick, focus the Z stage. Find an area on the polycarbonate window
that is clean.
