8.3.7 Rot Test
•
Use “Flextest.key” in this test
- Set KF96 plates (8 pcs) to turntable positions
- Select “rot test” (Test is passed only if you do not receive any error message)
- Check after test that alignment has not changed
- Remove plates
- Set KF96 alignment plate to plate position 1
- Select “pos 5”
- Select “pos 1”
- Select “h plate level” and “h alignment”
- Check that adjustment has not changed
- Select “h up”
- Select “pos 4”
- Select “pos 1”
- Select “h plate level” and “h alignment”
- Check that adjustment has not changed
- Select “h up”
- Remove alignment plate
8.3.8 Head Test
•
Use “Flextest.key” in this test
- Set KF96 plate to position 1
- Select “h test” (Test is passed only if you do not receive any error message)
- Select “h plate level”
- Select “h well bottom”
- KF96 plate must not move but tip ends should stay as close as possible to KF96 plate
bottom
- Select “h up”
8.3.9 Tip Unload Test
•
Select “tip unload” to drop tip plate
8.3.10 Tip Load Test
•
Select “tip load” to pick up tip plate
•
Set also KF96 plates to positions 2-8
•
Select “tip load test” and a tip will be removed and loaded in every turntable position
•
Finally remove KF96 plates
