Command error

Check that no typing errors in commands.

If problem continues, replace the PCB
assembly MAIN-02 - N07539.

Head position error

Switch the instrument OFF, lift magnet head
manually little and switch ON.

Check the speeds of protocols and make sure
recommended values (User manual) are not
exceeded.

The Screw/shaft from head motor is not
perfectly aligned with connection in tip comb
holder structure.

Loosen little bit the three screws from the part
that connects the screw/shaft to tip comb
holder.

When screws loosened. Push the tip comb
holder down and tighten the screws. Make
sure the tip comb holder goes up and down
smoothly. Clean and lubricate the shaft and
rails if needed.

N02023 head motor assembly is
malfunctioning and needs to be replaced.

Turntable pos. error

Switch the instrument OFF and ON, and try
again.

Check that turntable is not jammed by
something nor scratching the spill shield.

Check the turntable tooth belt.

Magnets pos. error

Switch the instrument OFF, lift magnet head
manually little and switch ON.

Re-align the magnet motor and shaft. Loosen
the magnet motor connection screws. Push
the magnet head up and down. Tighten the
screws.

Replace the 2306020 magnet motor
assembly if needed.
