Stop Procedure
♦ Press on the
POWER OFF
function touch of the Simatic mobile panel to switch off the AMP (#5 or
(
on figure 2.1).
♦ Press on the POWER OFF button of the Haas panel (#4 on the Haas panel above).
Powering Up the PM
♦ Switch the Haas MAIN POWER switch ON .

♦ Open the PrepControl cabinet and check that all circuit breakers are switched ON.
♦ Press on the POWER ON button on the Haas panel (#3 on figure 2.2).
♦ Press on the
POWER ON
function touch of the Simatic mobile panel to switch on the AMP (#6 or
)
on figure 2.1).
♦ On the Haas Control Panel, press on the RESET button (#9 on figure 2.2) until no error are displayed.
♦ Open and close the Operator Door as instructed on the screen.
♦ Press on POWER UP – RESTART (#10 on figure 2.2), this will initialize the XYZ axis.
♦ On the Simatic mobile panel go in SYSTEM 2/4 : Users and log yourself in with the SERVICE
account.
♦ If the machine wasn’t used for more than 4 days, you will need to launch the Spindel Warm-up program.
To do so follow this procedure:
♦ Log in
SERVICE
mode
♦ Go in
MEM
mode
♦ You can start to work.
One general rule: do not switch on the power immediately after having switched it off
