Automatic Mode
Robot Loading Mode
To start the working cycle with the robot:
1. On the Simatic mobile panel, select MILLING 1/2 : Robot

2. On the Simatic mobile panel, press START to start the working cycle with the robot.
3. If a sample is present in the vice at the cycle start:

This above screen will appear to ask the operator to:
♦ Remove sample from the vice.
♦ Close the door of the machine.
♦ Press START once the sample is out to start the work cycle with the robot
4. The axes of the PM as the positioning axle of AMP move to the robot loading position.
5. Now the PM is under control of the ARL SMS PC.
