Start Up
This section describes the main commands in order to start up the machine.
Start Up Procedure
♦ The main power switch on the principal rack of the PM must be on.
♦ Press on the
POWER ON
button of the Haas panel (#3 on the Haas panel above).
♦ Remove all ES that could be on.
♦ Wait that the ARL SMS mobile panel screen shows MILLING 1/2 : ROBOT
♦ Press on the
POWER ON
function touch of the Simatic mobile panel to switch on the AMP (#6 or
)
on figure 2.1).
♦ Press on the RESET button as long as you have alarm message on the screen of the Haas panel (#9 on
the Haas panel above).
♦ Do a cycle door (open/close) of the PM.
♦ Press on the POWER UP - RESTART button to put the PM in origins position (#10 on the Haas panel
above).
♦ Press on the MEM button to select the memory mode (#11 on the Haas panel above).
